• The service provided will be for a single lesson lasting 45 minutes.

• Each lesson is £29.99 & non negotiable.

• Lessons are to be booked on the available booking schedule only.

• Lessons start & finish at the scheduled booking time only.

• Payments will only be accepted online only.

• Payments to be accepted through the selected payment methods only.

• Bookings & payments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If payment is not made as stated above, The lesson will be invalid & not take place.

• A notice of at least 24 hours must be given for any cancellation.

• If a lesson is to be cancelled by your teacher, A rescheduling or full refund will be offered.

• Lessons will take place over Skype.

• Make sure Skype is setup & ready to use, in a suitable & respectable area.

• The legal guardian has full legal responsibility for under 18's & anyone else in there care.

• Under 18's must have their legal guardians permission to participate in the lesson.

• It's the legal guardians responsibility to pay & arrange the lesson for the individual in their care.

• It is the legal guardians responsibility to inform of any health or medical conditions that may affect the lesson.

• Any offensive, Inappropriate or anti-social behaviour will result in a instant non refundable lesson termination.

Important note: Unfortunately, If you don't practice the lessons you are taught, Then progress and improvements in your guitar playing and musical understanding can't be guaranteed, As a result, I don't take any responsibility for this.
